The 2018 FIFA World Cup draw at the beginning of December saw the teams that will be featuring in the group stage decided. This stage of the competition is when everything heats up and with the 21st FIFA World Cup being held in Russia, this is sure to be an exciting competition!

So, there are 32 teams in the competition and they have been drawn into eight groups, with four teams in each group. The top two teams will advance to the next round of 16. Group A

In group A, you will find an interesting mix of teams, including the hosts. Russia will be competing in their fourth World Cup and will be up against Saudi Arabia. There is also Egypt in the group who have many English Premier League players. With Luis Suarez in their national team, Uruguay are sure to pose a threat in this group too. Group B

Group B is sure to be tough one for the teams, with the reigning European champions, Portugal.
