In London, on the 21st September 2016 Euro 2020 was formally launched.

FA Chairman Greg Clarke, UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin and the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan were all present at the launch which will see the semi-finals AND final played at Wembley, London.
Euro 2020 will be the 60th anniversary of the UEFA European Championship and to mark this occasion matches will be played in 13 countries across Europe, culminating in the final being played at Wembley in July 2020. This is expected to be a one-off occasion with differing host nations.
The host cities are LONDON, GLASGOW, DUBLIN, BILBAO, BRUSSELS, AMSTERDAM, COPENHAGEN, ST PETERSBURG, MUNICH, ROME, BUDAPEST, BAKU AND BUCHAREST.
The Euro 2020 tournament logo uses bridges to connect to all 13 host cities, with the iconic Tower Bridge used as the logo for London.
COPENAHGEN (Denmark), BUCHAREST (Romania), AMSTERDAM (Netherlands), DUBLIN (Ireland), BILBAO (Spain), BUDAPEST (Hungary), BRUSSELS (Belgium), and GLASGOW (Scotland) will all host a round of 16 tie and 3 group matches.
MUNICH (Germany), BAKU (Azerbaijan), ST PETERSBURG (Russia) and ROME (Italy) will host 3 group matches and a quarter-final.
LONDON (England) will host the semi-finals and final. This is the third major footballing even that England have staged – the others being the 1966 World Cup and Euro 96.
