The Royal Corps of Signals (often simply known as the Royal Signals) is one of the combat support arms of the British Army. Signals units are one ofthe first into action, providing the information systems battlefield communications that are vital to all operations. Royal Signals units ensure the provision the full telecommunications infrastructure for the Army wherever they operate globally.

The Corps boasts its own logistics experts, engineers and systems operators to operate radio and area networks when in the field. Responsible for installing, maintaining and operating all manner of telecommunications equipment and information systems, they deliver crucial command support to commanders and their headquarters, all whilst conducting electronic warfare against enemy communications.
