ICELAND FLAG

Iceland flag available to buy online at The Flag Shop. The flag of Iceland is available in size 5ft x 3ft, (152cm x 91cm), with two brass eyelets / grommets for hanging. Iceland flags are printed with vivid colours onto polyester.

Adopted in 1915. The red of Iceland’s flag is thought to represent volcanoes, white symbolises snow and ice, and blue is for the bordering Atlantic ocean. The cross design of Icelands flag is based on the Danish flag.
