Delivery Methods - UK delivery is free, products up to 2kg in weight are shipped using Royal Mail. Orders over 2kg are shipped via Parcel Force.
Delivery Times - We aim to dispatch orders with in 48 hours. We always use First Class/Next Day delivery. Delivery then takes place within 24-48 hours, depending on the carrier.
We will clearly mark on the website any out of stock items, on the rare occasion that a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we will e-mail you as soon as possible to let you know the estimated time for delivery, allowing you to make alternative arrangements, and a full refund given, if you wish.
Payment Options - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta (Visa debit cards). Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by any other card including, Electron. We are happy to accept payment by cheque. Please mail cheques, with a copy of your order, to our address in the contact details. Just print & complete the order form located on the top bar of the website.
Please note we do not dispatch goods until we have received your cheque.
Security of Credit Card Payments -
Ordering through theflagshop.co.uk is Safe and Secure. When shopping online look out for the Padlock symbol or addresses that start https:// on any page that is asking for credit card details. The flagshop uses WorldPayas their payment service provider. WorldPay use Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems. At the browser 128 Bit SSL is used. When the shopper fills in the payment form and clicks the submit button, their details are not sent straight away. What actually happens is that a secure link is set up between the shopper's browser and WorldPay and an encryption code is requested and received, which then wraps the order and transaction details before leaving the shoppers premises.
Quality of Goods - All our products are manufactured to the highest standards, and sourced from manufacturers with the exacting standards. Flags are made from printed polyester with 2 eylets for hanging they are ideal for short term outdoor use or as display flags indoors. Life expectancy for outdoor use varies greatly depentant on weather conditions but we expect them to look good for a minimum of 3 months & in most climates will last much longer.
Guarantee - Our NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE, in addition to your statutory rights, ensures that if within 30 days you are unhappy with your purchase and provided the product is returned in its original packaging, together with your receipt, we will arrange an immediate replacement or refund. No problem.

Cancellation As part of our no quibble guarantee please note that under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you entitled to a "cooling off period". You are entitled to cancel your order seven working days from the day after you receive your goods, for any reason. The regulations state that we must return your money within 30 days. It is our policy that all monies will be returned within 3 working days of cancellation. We will request the return of the goods within in a reasonable timescale agreed with each customer.
